Managing your subscription, trial, and cancellations
Everything about your plan lives on the Plan & Credits page in the dashboard sidebar: your current plan, credit balance, usage history, and plan actions.
The free trial
- A 7-day free trial of the Pro plan, $0. You get full Pro features — enough to complete onboarding, connect your accounts, run research, and review your first campaign plan.
- The trial is the full product — same agents, same workflow, same approval gates.
- When the trial ends, your subscription continues as Pro ($297/month, 500 credits) automatically, unless you cancel before the trial ends. There's no surprise: cancel any time during the 7 days and you won't be charged. Your connected accounts, research, and plans are kept either way, so you pick up right where you left off.
Upgrading or changing plans
- Move between Starter ($97/month, 200 credits) and Pro ($297/month, 500 credits) from the Plan & Credits page.
- Upgrading mid-cycle takes effect immediately and is prorated. You're charged the prorated difference now for the rest of the current cycle, and the new rate applies from your next invoice (standard Stripe proration). Your monthly credit allowance follows your plan and refreshes each billing cycle.
- If you regularly run out mid-month, top-up credits are often simpler than upgrading — they never expire.
Cancelling
- Cancel anytime from the Plan & Credits page.
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling stops future billing — it doesn't cut you off immediately, so you can keep working through the time you've already paid for.
- Credits are non-refundable. This covers all credits — used or unused, including top-up packs. You keep access and can spend any remaining credits until the end of your current billing period; cancelling stops future charges, it doesn't convert credits back to cash.
- Your ad accounts are unaffected. Adros never owns your campaigns — anything live in your Meta or Google Ads accounts stays live and fully under your control. You can also disconnect your accounts at any time, before or after cancelling.
Refunds
Adros credits are non-refundable — this covers both your monthly plan credits and any top-up packs, whether used or unused. Cancelling stops future billing and you keep access until your current period ends, but credits are not converted back to cash. If a charge looks wrong (for example a duplicate or a billing error), contact support and we'll review it case by case.
Failed runs and credit concerns
- Failed platform actions are never charged, and managed tasks are charged only once even across retries.
- If you believe a run charged credits without delivering, open the task in Command Center, check the timeline, and raise it in the task thread — the full usage history on Plan & Credits shows exactly what was charged and why.

Ask the CEO in the app for anything plan-related — it's free and can point you to the right page. For billing issues the CEO can't resolve, contact the Adros team through the dashboard.
