Quickstart: from signup to your first campaign plan

This guide takes you from a fresh signup to your first campaign plan waiting for your approval.

1. Create your account

Sign up at app.adros.ai (opens in a new tab). New accounts start on a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan — full Pro features, enough to run research and see your first plan before deciding on a paid plan. (See Plans and credits for what credits are.)

2. Complete onboarding

Onboarding is a short guided interview about your business. The better you answer, the better your plan — this is where Adros learns:

  • Your business and offer — what you sell, to whom, and what makes it different.
  • Your market — where your customers are and what languages they speak.
  • Your budget and channels — how much you plan to spend and whether you want Meta, Google Ads, or both.
  • Your brand rules — anything Adros must always (or never) say in your ads.

You can also connect your ad accounts during onboarding — a secure popup opens, and you can close it and keep going even if you don't finish connecting right away.

3. Connect your ad accounts

If you skipped connecting during onboarding, go to Connections in the sidebar:

You need at least one connected ad account before campaigns can deploy. Connecting is read-safe: nothing changes in your ad account until you approve a deployment.

4. Share your customer data (recommended)

During onboarding — or anytime later — you can upload a CSV/XLSX of your last 12 months of customers or orders, or connect Shopify so Adros syncs it automatically.

Why it matters: real order values, product mix, locations, and repeat-customer signals make your personas and KPI forecast far more accurate. You can skip it, but adding it later may mean rerunning research, which uses additional credits.

5. Tell the CEO what you want

Open Adros CEO from the sidebar and describe your goal in plain language — for example:

"I want to launch lead generation campaigns for my dental clinic in Singapore with a $2,000/month budget."

The CEO turns your request into a clearly scoped task and routes it to the right specialist. Your first stop is Step 1 — Research: Adros studies your market, competitors, and customer language. See what Adros learns about your market.

6. Review your first campaign plan

When Research is done, the CMO builds your campaign plan and KPI forecast (Step 2). You'll see it appear in:

  • Command Center — the task asking for your review and approval.
  • Ad Structure — the full plan: campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, audiences.
  • KPI Performance — what results the plan forecasts.

Read it, ask questions in the task thread, request changes — and when it looks right, approve it. That approval is what unlocks creative production. Nothing has touched your ad account yet, and nothing will until you approve deployment.
