Connect Shopify and Cometly for sales attribution
Ad platforms tell you about clicks. Your store and your attribution tool tell you about sales. Connecting them gives Adros the full picture — so plans are built on real customer data and optimization decisions follow real revenue, not just platform metrics.
Both connections are optional, but strongly recommended.
Connect Shopify
Connecting Shopify lets Adros sync your customers and orders. That real data — order values, product mix, customer locations, repeat-purchase behavior — feeds directly into your personas and KPI forecast, making your campaign plan much more grounded than industry assumptions.
- In the dashboard sidebar, open Connections.
- On the Shopify card, click Connect and follow the prompts to authorize access to your store.
- Once connected, Adros syncs customers and orders for the brand the store is assigned to.
A few notes:
- Connecting is for data sync — it's how Adros reads your store's customers and orders for planning and measurement.
- You can disconnect at any time from the same Connections page.
- Not on Shopify? WooCommerce stores can connect from the same page, and any store can upload a CSV/XLSX export of customers or orders instead (during onboarding or via Files).
Connect Cometly
Cometly (opens in a new tab) is an ad attribution platform: it tracks which ads, campaigns, and channels actually produce your sales. If you use Cometly, connecting it lets Adros read that attribution data when evaluating performance — so "what's working" is judged by revenue, not clicks alone.
- In the dashboard sidebar, open Integrations (one card per brand-level integration).
- On the Cometly card, enter:
- Cometly API key — each brand has its own Cometly Space with its own key. Find it in your Cometly dashboard under API → Generate Key.
- Space ID — the numeric ID of your Cometly Space (usually the prefix of the API key).
- Space name — a label so you can recognize this Space later.
- Save. The integration is scoped to the brand you configured it for — if you manage multiple brands, each connects its own Cometly Space.
How Adros uses this data
- Better plans: personas and KPI forecasts calibrated with your real order values and customer mix.
- Honest measurement: forecast-vs-live tracking in KPI Performance grounded in actual sales.
- Smarter optimization: Step 5 recommendations weigh real revenue attribution, not just platform-reported metrics.
Your data stays scoped to your workspace and is used only to plan and measure your own campaigns.
